Today, I promise to live in gratitude. I am thankful for the gift of life bestowed upon me. Today I choose to see the faults in me and make a positive change. Today I will not judge, but instead, be compassionate, patient, understanding, kind, gentle and loving. I will make the changes that will bring peace to my life and others. I choose to find my centre and create balance where I feel overwhelmed or challenged. Today I choose to cleanse my aura . Today I choose love for the world I live in, my friends, family, even those who may not like me, but especially love for myself.
